AS 9100 Certification in Six Months

4-30-10 : Jetool demonstrated their commitment to the AS9100 quality management system and to their customers when they achieved AS9100 certification in just six months, with the guidance of R.K.P. Quality Consulting of Comins, Mich. Jetool’s achievement was documented in The Argus-Press of Owosso, Mich.

Jetool achieved this certification after an audit by QMI-SAI Global, in which Jetool scored a 98.9 percent.

The AS9100 quality control system is the quality management standard specifically written for the aerospace industry. This system ensures quality and safety in the “high risk” aerospace industry.

This certification will allow Jetool to expand its customer base to larger aerospace companies such as Lockheed Martin and Boeing.
